Mark as Useful They have called me 26 times now... the one time they responded to me answering the phone they tried to offer me a 50$ gift card to target. Asked for info, didn't give it to them. IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE.

Mark as Useful Called from 'Premier Property Services' of Clearwater, FL alleging they had buyers for my vacant lots in Cumberland County Tennessee. All I had to do was send them $595 and usually within 90 days the sale would be completed.
My research indicates this is simply another incarnation of 'Preferred Properties' from the same area which had several fraud complaints against it. These people should be locked up by the Florida Stata Attorney General, but apparently they move and switch names often enough that no one is ever jailed. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.
